Returns & Refunds Policy
If the product you have purchased from Lazzaro Bros is damaged, poor quality or inedible, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method, exchange the product or provide you with a store credit.
We kindly request that you provide us with written evidence or details that confirm the purchase (such as a receipt/tax invoice) within 2 days of purchasing the product.
If you have any feedback regarding your purchases, please liaise directly with our customer support team.
All decisions involving refunds are made at our discretion.
